In addition to that, we exclusively source our candy from reputable brands to uphold the highest food safety standards at all times. Even after our machines are installed at your location, we never compromise on quality and continue to provide exceptional service to meet our rigorous standards.

We strive to visit once a week to replenish and sanitize the machine, ensuring it operates smoothly. Additionally, we perform a comprehensive deep cleaning every 1 to 2 months as needed.

We frequently update our candy selection to coincide with national holidays or local events. It's our way of staying connected with the community and offering something special to our customers during these occasions.

In the event that a machine at your location experiences an issue and we are not immediately aware of it, rest assured that we have multiple channels of communication available. You can opt to notify us via email or phone call, allowing us to address the issue promptly. Alternatively, if the matter is not urgent or can wait until our scheduled maintenance visit for that week, we'll ensure that it's taken care of efficiently during our routine checks.
